ART FOR A START, NY

All classes will be conducted under the supervision of Deborah Wasserman. Deborah is a professional working artist, with excellent academic credentials. Deborah has been teaching art to children for over 15 years.  She has worked in the Art Education Departments of many museums in NYC, including the Guggenheim Museum, The New Museum of Contemporary Art, The Bronx Museum, and The Jewish Museum. As a professional artist, she is versed at variety of techniques and works in a wide range of media, including painting, drawing, collage, assemblage, sculpture, creative writing, printing (silk screen) and video production.
